Return & Exchange Policy

We care deeply about your satisfaction. Our policy ensures every Inzavy product meets your expectations — beautifully and securely.

1-Year Warranty

All Inzavy products come with a 1-year warranty. Exchanges are valid only if the polish fades away within the warranty period. Damage due to mishandling will not qualify for an exchange.

Use your jewelry with care as per our Care Guide. If you notice fading within the warranty period, click pictures of the product and email them to contact@inzavy.com with before-and-after images for review. Once approved, a brand new product will be delivered to you — free of cost.

Damaged, Broken, or Wrong Item

We do not offer refunds on correctly delivered items. However, if your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email images of the product, packaging, and invoice to contact@inzavy.com within 72 hours of delivery. Once approved, we’ll replace it with a new product free of charge.

Order Cancellation

  • Customized Products: Once ordered, these products begin prompt manufacturing and cannot be cancelled.
  • Non-Customized Products: You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Requests after 2 hours are not eligible.
  • If approved: Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Returns

We understand online shopping can be tricky — that’s why we offer a 3-day return window for ready-to-ship products. Customized products are not eligible for returns.

  • No refunds — only exchange or store credit, valid for 3 months.
  • To return, message us on WhatsApp (+91 90002 06900) within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Reason for return + product photos
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup in 2–4 business days. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Shipping fees for returns are not covered unless the item is defective or damaged by us.

Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item: We will confirm the eligibility for a replacement.

If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

  • Replacement: We’ll ship a new item of equal value to your address at no extra cost.
  • Product Credit: Receive product credit for the returned item’s value, valid for 3 months on any future purchase.

Return Eligibility

  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or as freebies are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Once exchanged, an item cannot be exchanged again.
  • Do not accept deliveries with broken seals — such items are not eligible for returns.
  • For COD orders, payment must be made before opening the package.

Once the returned item is received, our quality team will inspect it to confirm it’s unused and eligible under our 48-hour policy.
